Looking at the world map, there's quite a few shocks. All I need to Westernize is a leader with the right Administrative stat. All of Australia is self-sustaining, most of it is core, inflation is down below 1%, and I have a nice foothold in the Americas, if I want to get start taking it over. Native Americans are still a full ten Land below the European colonists, but it isn't enough for them to get outright crushed.
